Free worldwide shipping on all orders
It takes up to 3 business days for us to process your order at our fulfillment center before it ships. Please note that orders placed after 2pm on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.
Shipping time starts once the item has been processed and shipped. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed, but returns are still possible.
Deepciv is not responsible for any unforeseen delays in shipping services.
Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be processed during peak holiday sales.
We are not responsible for items lost or stolen once they have been delivered or due to misdirection. Once a scan of the item shows it has been delivered to the customer's address, the customer has the right to claim the lost or stolen item with the appropriate postal carrier.
Any damaged orders must be reported within 24 hours with proof of the damaged package so that we can file a claim on your behalf.
International Orders
Shipping addresses cannot be PO boxes or APO/DPO/FPOs.
All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are your responsibility, as Deepciv does not collect them prior to shipping. Please contact your country's customs office for applicable fees and tax rates for international packages.
Customs regulations require us to indicate the value of your order directly on the package. Customs officials may in rare cases delay the dispatch of some packages, as they have the power to release them at their discretion.
Once your order is placed, you will be responsible for all original shipping costs, applicable import duties, and return shipping costs. This includes any refused shipments, as return shipping costs will also be deducted from your refund.
Please note: Due to cost constraints, we are unable to split international orders. If one or more items in an order are out of stock, we will ship the order as soon as it is completed.
Deliveries may be delayed beyond our stated shipping time, which is beyond our control and no shipping refunds/compensation can be provided.
We reserve the right to use an alternative carrier in rare cases for shipping addresses that charge a remote area service fee.
Shipments over $300 will require a signature for delivery.
Any package returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address will be re-shipped at your expense.
