How to Measure

Finding the right size for you is the first step to a comfortable fit and ideal look. We know that everyone's body shape is unique, so we work closely with real customers and professional athletes to create high-quality products that are accurately sized and fit.

We recommend that you refer to the following measurement guide and combine it with our size chart to make your selection. If you are between two sizes, we recommend that you choose according to your wearing preference:

  • Choose a smaller size if you like a closer fit
  • Choose a larger size if you like a looser fit

Before you start measuring, you will need to prepare:

  • A soft ruler (tape measure)
  • A set of well-fitting underwear
  • A full-length mirror (optional)
  • A friend to help measure (more accurate)

Key areas for accurate measurement:

1. Bust

Measure around the fullest part of your bust with your arms hanging naturally. Make sure the tape measure fits your body but is not too tight and remains horizontal.

2. Waist

Find the thinnest part of your waist (usually where your body folds when you bend left or right) and measure horizontally around it.

3. Hips

Stand with your feet together and measure horizontally around the fullest part of your hips, making sure the tape measure fits snugly but not tight.

4. Torso

Start at the top of one shoulder and circle your lower body around your chest and hips and back to the starting point. This is an important reference for judging the overall fit.

5. Inseam

Stand upright without shoes. Measure from the crotch to about one inch above the ankle. It is recommended to have someone assist you for more accurate results.

Tips:

Keep your body relaxed and don't hold your breath during each measurement.

The tape measure should fit your skin but not be too tight or hanging in the air.

Different styles of clothing may vary slightly in size, please refer to the size recommendations for specific products.
