Easy returns, simple process
You can complete a refund or exchange in just 3 steps:
- Submit a return application and properly package the product after approval
- Choose a trackable logistics method to send the product back
- After after-sales confirmation, we will arrange a refund or exchange for you as soon as possible
Order instructions
Before you submit your order, please be sure to check all information carefully.
Please note: Special orders that have entered the processing stage will not be able to change or add items. If you need to modify, please place a new order, and the change request for the original order will be treated as a new order.
Product prices and promotions on Deepciv may be adjusted at any time without prior notice.
If the order involves additional services or customized items, additional fees may be incurred, and the specific fees are subject to actual implementation.
Return conditions
We are happy to accept return requests under the following conditions:
- All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the product being shipped
- Returns must be processed through Deepciv official website (Deepciv.com), otherwise they will not be accepted
- The product must be in new condition and must not be worn or washed
- All original tags and labels must be intact and not removed
- Return shipping costs are borne by you
- Customized products are not returnable: including all special orders or personalized customized products, as they are made according to customer requirements, unless there is a manufacturing defect or the wrong goods are shipped, otherwise no return requests will be accepted.
If you think there is a problem with the product, please contact the customer service team within 30 days of receiving the product and we will assist you.
Return Instructions
To ensure a smooth return, please follow the instructions below:
General requirements:
- The product must be returned in its original packaging
- Submit a return request within 30 days of receiving the product
- Please only return wrong or defective products if explicitly requested by customer service
Try-on tips:
- Please make sure to wear underwear when trying on and keep the product clean
- Do not remove any labels or logos
- Do not dirty, damage or lose tags on the product
- No refund will be given for dirty, obviously used or missing labels!
Return processing instructions
Please allow 3–10 business days to process your return request.
This time does not include the time required for logistics delivery.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method used when you placed the order.
Please note: Shipping and related handling fees are not refundable.
Defective product instructions
Deepciv will have full discretion to determine whether the product is defective and decide whether to exchange or refund based on the specific circumstances.
All return applications for defective products must be submitted within 30 days from the date of receipt, and will not be accepted after the deadline.
To ensure the health and safety of our employees, any worn items returned for quality or other reasons must be kept clean and tidy.
Refund Time
Once our warehouse receives your return, it will generally be processed within 5-10 business days.
Our customer service team will then be notified of the return and arrange a refund or exchange after review. Once the processing is completed, you will receive a confirmation email.
The refund will be returned to your account within 5-10 business days, depending on the processing speed of your bank.
Product Exchange Policy
We are unable to reserve inventory items or specific sizes for customers.
If you want to change the size or color, it is recommended that you apply for a return and get a refund first, and then place an order for the new item you need directly to avoid missing out on inventory.
